dpclife.my is an independent, community-driven initiative created by and for Desa ParkCity residents.

• No Developer Affiliation: We are strictly not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the official real estate developer of Desa ParkCity (Perdana ParkCity Sdn Bhd) or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.
  
  

• Community Focus: This website serves as an independent guide and directory focusing on businesses, services, amenities, and community life within the Desa ParkCity and Plaza Arkadia area.

2. Content and Listing Accuracy

• Best Efforts Basis: We strive to provide aggregated information that is as factual and accurate as reasonably possible for the convenience of our users. However, given the dynamic nature of local businesses and community updates, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy.
  
  

• Data Aggregation: Information on this Platform is compiled from publicly available sources, community submissions, or submitted by the businesses themselves. 6. Intellectual Property & Content Removal Requests

Our Intellectual Property: All original content, design elements, logos, and organizational structures on dpclife.my—including category categorizations and block maps—are the intellectual property of the Platform owner. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary database without explicit consent. Third-party logos and trademarks used in business listings remain the property of their respective owners.

Copyright & Content Ownership: We deeply respect intellectual property and always aim to use authorized content. If you are a creator, photographer, or business owner and spot a photo, logo, or text on dpclife.my that belongs to you—and you would prefer we not use it—simply let us know. We will gladly and promptly comply with any valid removal requests.

Just send an email to contact@dpclife.my with the subject “Content Removal Request” and include:

1. A link to the exact page on our website where the content is located.

2. A brief description of the specific photo or text in question.

3. Your contact information so we can let you know as soon as the content has been removed.

7. Limitation of Liability and Covenant Not to Sue

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, you expressly agree to the following:

• Waiver of Lawsuits: By using this website, you agree that you will not sue, file any legal claim, or initiate any legal proceedings against the creators, owners, or operators of dpclife.my for any damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from your use of the website.
